Return Policy

We want you to love the jewellery you order from us. Please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Our products are handcrafted by craft person very perfectly so that each product delivered to you is unique and slightly different from the other. All our products go through quality check control before shipping.

If you aren’t entirely happy with your order you can return the item(s) (except custom made goods) within three days of receipt.  In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return the goods. Please take care to follow the guidelines detailed below while returning the items:

  1. Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of the order with an image attached of the faulty or damaged time(s). You must email hello@tarindia.in to inform us.
  2. Returns are free and will be accepted, as long as the item is undamaged, unworn and all security tags remain attached to the product.
  3. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon receipt before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
  4. Once we have received your email we will either arrange collection or instruct how to return the goods.
  5. We will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. We will refund the purchase price of the jewellery and the shipping charges. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.

RETURN / REFUNDS ARE APPLICABLE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  1. Genuine quality issues.
  2. Packages lost or damaged in transit.
  3. In case we crosscheck that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

NO RETURN / REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  3. Package refused by the recipient.
  4. Sizing issues. Thus please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  5. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  6. Minor colour and design variation.
  7. If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.

Please note: you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us
